What can the card receivers buy with our Gift Card
All gift cards can be used to purchase any merchandise or services at any clinic locations.
Can Gift Cards be redeemed online?
Yes, each gift card comes with its unique barcode which can be scanned at any of our clinic locations or redeem while purchase online.
When do Gift Cards expire?
All gift cards expire 12 months after the date of purchase.
What are the delivery methods?
Physical Gift Card - which comes with a paper card and envelope (you can write messages to the receiver on the paper card) can be picked up at any of our clinic locations with 24hr notice.
We can also post the card to the address that the sender provided, however, we can't gurantee exact delivery date.
E-Gift Card - Our team will be in touch with the sender within 24hr of receiving the order, we will organise the E-Gift Card to be sent to the receiver's Email inbox on the requested date, you can choose to add a personalised message with the Email to the receiver.
